She has worked closely with executive teams and investors to scale revenue, optimize commercial performance, and position companies for successful exits.
Veronica most recently served as Vice President at Rubicon Technology Partners, where she led operational value creation and integration programs across a $3.5B portfolio.
Earlier in her career, she held executive roles in sales and marketing at Gimmal, BuildFax (now Verisk), and Personify, where she built high-performing teams and implemented scalable systems that consistently accelerated recurring revenue growth and improved forecasting accuracy.
Veronica brings a pragmatic, results-driven perspective to advising founders and investors, drawing on deep experience in software, acquisition integration, and go-to-market strategy. She holds a BA in Business Economics from Westmont College and is based in Austin, Texas.
